Abstract

Spain boasts one of the highest life expectancies in the world, with an average lifespanthat reflects the country's robust healthcare system and healthy lifestyle. Additionally, Spain is recognized for its exceptional disease-free survival rates being the third country in the world with the highest healthy life expectancy (defined as the years a person can live free from major diseases or injuries as stated by the World Health Organization in 2016), which further highlight the overall well-being of its aging population
