Abstract
Down Syndrome is going to be the most common disability and genetic alteration, it has a worlwide prevalence of approximately: 10/ 10,000 births, said prevalence in Spain 1/1,600. This Syndrome has been extensively investigated by various authors who have generally used orthopantomography or teleradiography and cephalometric analysis as a method of study, and the vast majority focus on the bone level to determine craniofacial differences and the skeletal profile. However, at the dental level there are few studies, which is why it has beeb decided to carry out this comparative study, in order tosee the behaviour of the teeth and thus in the future try to establish some cephalometric values for this type of patient.
