Yo confieso. Autobiografía y prácticas orgánicas comunistas durante los años treinta

Abstract

Se aborda la autobiografía comunista como práctica político-cultural durante los años treinta. Inicialmente se repasan algunas funcionalidades de dichos materiales y el estado de la cuestión. La segunda parte se sitúa ante varios puntos de atención: la teoría y práctica del cuadro comunista y la importancia del ego-documento en la Internacional Comunista, el Partido Comunista de España y las Brigadas Internacionales. El artículo resalta la relevancia de estas manifestaciones en la comprensión del comunismo como red transnacional nutrida por valores simbólicos, lógicas de sujeción y proyectos organizativos compartidos.

The article analyses the communist autobiography as political and cultural practice during the thirties, its functionalities and the state of art. Based on a variety of archival material, confronted several focuses of attention: theory and practice of the communist cadre and ego-documents in the contexts of the Comintern, the Communist Party of Spain and the International Brigades. The text highlights the importance of these manifestations in the understanding of communism as transnational network constructed by symbolic referents, organizational projects, and dynamics of subjection.
