Abstract
Esta investigación manifiesta la profesión del bibliotecario actual como un tecnocientífico del siglo XXI, que lleva a cabo una filosofía en la sociedad del conocimiento y la información (SCI). Presenta las obligaciones morales, inherentes a la profesión de quien trabaja para el patrimonio cultural de los pueblos y su idiosincrasia. Sus funciones enfocadas al trato con conocimiento ético, proveen a la sociedad moderna de nuevo conocimiento y servicios de excelencia. Los mismos requieren del profesional de la información, aplicar los recursos, la capacidad de evaluarlos, filtrarlos y seleccionarlos según los objetivos del centro, biblioteca o institución. El arte como recurso de valor ético se afianza en la mente y el cerebro con la filosofía, destacando los valores estéticos y éticos para su cuidado, el rol de los recursos en los Centros de Investigación de Patrimonio Cultural (CIPC) o Centros de Documentación e Investigación Artística (CDIA), así como su cuidado físico y seguridad. Se discurren las razones por la cuales el bibliotecario especializado debe atender el estudio de la conducta humana necesaria para el desarrollo y aplicación de la ética en CIPC, CDIA, entre otros tales como Centros de documentación e investigación CDI y por qué las teorías cognoscitivas tienen importancia. The study of this trial leads global ethical processes in library: technoscientific librarians of the 21st century. Its overall objective promoting philosophical reflection, analysis and placement of a code of ethics for the practice of a moral philosophy, global in ethical issues and not economical as we know the term “globalization” Issue and contemporary work of the profession is exercised on librarians, not for its instructional and management exists information and knowledge of human and physical resources of a library, but for the moral commitment that they have for this information and knowledge society globally. A method of deductive logic is used for the achievement of this dissertation divided into four (4) chapters and a code of ethics for a profession based on consciousness and intentionality, reflects to demonstrate experience, core, essential in the design of the ethics. The first chapter (1) is intended to present current philosophical thinking on practice for a society of information and knowledge centers for the librarian in this society of knowledge working with culture and patrimony from awareness using social, pictorial, technological art and its reflection in culture. Objective is discussed the value of epistemology of what is meant by ethics, technoscience, and techno-scientific this terms is use as a new name for librarians objective evolves terms and presents suggestions for renewal of the librarian profession. Outlines an ethics and a new concept: the techno-scientific that it manages or works in a center of documentation or artistic research. The responsibility of the human being, the professional librarian, a techno-scientific of the 21st century in this new century of information and awareness of evolution ethics, professional ethics, Technoetics, centers of artistic research and resources, ideas of philosophers, science hybrid evolutionary, a Moral Science?
