Abstract
En este artículo se propone un estudio de los elementos de cambio y de permanencia en los espacios del comer-beber-en-compañía en Madrid de 1875 a 1970. Se realiza un análisis de tres variables clave para esta evolución: los elementos espacial-materiales, los elementos legales y los elementos pragmáticos. Con esto, se espera dilucidar algunas diferencias terminológicas clave en la consideración de los espacios de sociabilidad, atendiendo a su materialidad, pero también a las prácticas desarrolladas en ellos y a los sentidos dados a las mismas.
This article proposes a study of the elements of change and continuity in the spaces for eating and drinking together in Madrid from 1875 to 1970. An analysis is conducted on three key variables for this evolution: spatial-material elements, legal elements, and pragmatic elements. With this, the aim is to elucidate some key terminological differences in the consideration of social spaces, taking into account their materiality, as well as the practices developed within them and the meanings attributed to them
