Abstract
The strategic value of the region as well as the growing prominence of the ASEAN digital economy are significant factors to explain why the region has long been a target of different cyber campaigns sponsored by state and non-state actors willing to use different and hostile methods, techniques and procedures to compromise the security of strategic networks and digital systems of the ASEAN states members.
