Abstract
Se analiza el régimen jurídico sobre la obligación del prestamista de evaluar la solvencia en los contratos de crédito inmobiliario regulados en la Ley 5/2019, de 15 de marzo, reguladora de los contratos de crédito inmobiliario. Se estudia así mismo quién y cómo se transfieren los datos de solvencia patrimonial necesarios para la evaluación de la solvencia. Se producen avances en cuanto al flujo de datos positivos de solvencia.
The legal regime on the lender's creditworthiness assessment obligation in real estate credit agreements regulated in Law 5/2019, of 15th March, is analyzed in this chapter. It also examines who and how transfers the solvency data necessary for the creditworthiness assessment. This regulation makes progress on the flow of positive solvency data.
