Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene una doble funcionalidad. En primer lugar, recoge las diferentes técnicas usadas para el desarrollo de obra artística escultórica, en particular en el campo del desarrollo de escultura digital para entornos audiovisuales o de videojuegos. En un segundo plano, estudia las herramientas que tiene a su alcance el artista para la creación y representación de su obra en dos espacios expositivos distintos a los habituales: la Realidad Virtual y la Realidad Aumentada. El objetivo principal de esta tesis es comprobar si las nuevas herramientas creativas incluidas en los citados medios “virtuales”, pueden ser incorporadas a los flujos de trabajo y a las técnicas establecidas para la creación de instalaciones artísticas, no solo a nivel expositivo, sino siendo dichos medios participantes activos en el proceso de creación de la pieza...
