La tesis “Derechos Fundamentales y la Regulación de la Inteligencia Artificial en la UE, EE. UU. y China” aborda de forma crítica cómo los tres principales modelos normativos contemporáneos gestionan, o dejan de gestionar, el impacto de la inteligencia artificial (IA) sobre los derechos fundamentales. El punto de partida es una constatación central: en los tres contextos analizados (Unión Europea, Estados Unidos y República Popular China) existe una brecha estructural entre el discurso jurídico y la garantía efectiva; los derechos se invocan con frecuencia, pero rara vez se traducen en mecanismos reales, exigibles y homogéneos de protección frente al poder algorítmico...
The thesis "Fundamental Rights and the Regulation of Artificial Intelligence in the EU, the US and China" takes a critical look at how the three main contemporary regulatory models manage, or fail to manage, the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on fundamental rights.
