Abstract

Analizar los cambios refractivos y topográficos tras una cirugía de cataratas con incisión pequeña e incisión accesoria e investigar, sabido el astigmatismo corneal pre y post quirúrgico, los ejes donde se han practicado tanto la incisión principal como la paracentesis, si ésta última ha podido inducir astigmatismo.
