El podcast como herramienta de enseñanza y aprendizaje. El Derecho de viva voz.

Abstract

Este proyecto se plantea grabar una serie de podcast jurídicos con un fin divulgativo. En los últimos tiempos se ha hecho patente la necesidad de explicar el Derecho de una manera más cercana, imparcial y accesible: el qué y el porqué de algunas de las leyes, la función de los jueces, la explicación de ciertas condenas (o falta de ellas), etc… Es necesario explicar el Derecho de manera que todos puedan entenderlo, empezando por nuestros estudiantes, aunque no exclusivamente. Hemos optado por el formato podcast porque nos parece una manera actual, accesible e inclusiva de enseñar. Nuestro objetivo es acercar el mundo del Derecho al público en general. A todas aquellas personas que son legas en Derecho pero que se interesan por los temas jurídicos de actualidad. Que quieren entender el porqué de lo que pasa, que tiene curiosidad por comprender todo lo que ocurre en el Parlamento o en los Juzgados, que quieren entender qué es la amnistía o qué son los indultos, qué hace que se imponga una pena u otra, si tienen responsabilidad los menores, qué eso de la desinformación, etc. Así, para poder hacer un producto de calidad y accesible a todo el mundo, en nuestro equipo contamos no solo con juristas y profesores de reconocido prestigio, sino también con periodistas, alumnas y alumnos de comunicación (grado y doctorado) y personas de la sociedad civil que actuarán como asesores temáticos.This project aims to record a series of legal podcasts with an informative purpose. It is necessary to explain the law in a way that everyone can understand, starting with our students, although not exclusively. We have chosen the podcast format because it seems to us to be a modern, accessible and inclusive way of teaching. Our aim is to bring the world of law closer to the general public. To all those people who are not experts in law but who are interested in current legal issues. Who want to understand the reasons behind what is happening, who are curious to understand everything that happens in Parliament or in the Courts, who want to understand what amnesty is or what pardons are, what causes one sentence to be imposed or another, whether minors are responsible, what is disinformation, etc. Thus, in order to produce a quality product that is accessible to everyone, our team includes not only renowned jurists and professors, but also journalists, communication students (undergraduate and doctoral) and people from civil society who will act as thematic advisors.이 프로젝트는 정보 제공을 목적으로 하는 법률 팟캐스트 시리즈를 녹음하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 최근에는 일부 법률의 내용과 이유, 판사의 역할, 특정 유죄 판결에 대한 설명(또는 그 부족) 등 법률을 보다 접근 가능하고 공정하며 이해하기 쉬운 방식으로 설명할 필요가 있다는 것이 분명해졌습니다... 독점적이지는 않지만 학생부터 시작하여 모두가 이해할 수 있는 방식으로 법률을 설명할 필요가 있습니다. 팟캐스트 형식은 현대적이고 접근하기 쉬우며 포용적인 교육 방식이라고 생각하여 선택했습니다. 우리의 목표는 일반 대중에게 법의 세계를 더 가깝게 만드는 것입니다. 법률 전문가는 아니지만 현재의 법률 이슈에 관심이 있는 모든 분들을 대상으로 합니다. 무슨 일이 일어나고 있는지 그 이유를 이해하고 싶은 사람, 국회나 법원에서 일어나는 모든 일이 궁금한 사람, 사면이 무엇인지 사면이 무엇인지, 어떤 형이 부과되거나 다른 형이 부과되는 원인, 미성년자의 책임 여부, 허위 정보란 무엇인지 등을 이해하고자 하는 사람. 따라서 모든 사람이 접근할 수 있는 양질의 제품을 제작하기 위해 저명한 법학자 및 교수뿐만 아니라 언론인, 커뮤니케이션 학생(학부 및 박사 과정), 주제별 자문 역할을 할 시민 사회 인사도 팀에 포함했습니다.
