Abstract
La tesis doctoral que se presenta en estas páginas se centra en la formación de los maestros de Educación Infantil y el trabajo que desarrollan con las familias en beneficio del desarrollo personal de los alumnos del segundo ciclo de la etapa.Para ofrecer una formación docente que se ajuste a las necesidades del desarrollo infantil, del funcionamiento familiar y de estrategias de intervención docente se han abordado varias cuestiones.La primera de ellas atiende al proceso de desarrollo de la personalidad infantil. Este desarrollo es único para cada persona, atendiendo a unas características singulares. En este proceso se va elaborando un conocimiento sobre el mundo y las diferentes formas de vida existentes, entre las que se encuentra la de uno mismo. La construcción de este conocimiento toma como punto de partida la realidad en la que se desenvuelve el niño y la significación que se hace de cada experiencia que se va viviendo; definiendo, en base a ellas, la identidad personal, fundamento de cuantas decisiones se van tomando para desenvolverse en el mundo. The doctoral thesis that is presented in these pages addresses the training topic that teachers have in the second cycle of early childhood education to be able to intervene with the families of their students for the benefit of their personal development.A number of issues have been addressed in order to provide teacher training that is tailored to the needs of child development, family functioning and teacher intervention strategies.The first of them attends to the process of development of the infantile personality. This development is unique for each person, attending to unique characteristics. In this process is developing knowledge about the world and yourself.
