Abstract
The article explores the relationship between good governance and institutional trust. Good governance requires legitimate and effective, representative and effective institutions, which together with a participatory, organized and well-informed society, constitute solid foundations for a stable democracy. In the same way, the links between institutional trust, political trust and social trust are established.
