Abstract
La fibrosis quística es una enfermedad multisistémica cuya sintomatología comienza en la infancia. En los últimos años existen nuevas terapias y fármacos que están mejorando la sintomatología de estos pacientes. La medición de la calidad de vida relacionada con la salud y la tolerancia al ejercicio son aspectos fundamentales a tener en cuenta para el control de esta enfermedad. En la literatura científica existen varios instrumentos que estudian estos conceptos, algunos están adaptados a población pediátrica y han sido adaptados a diferentes idiomas para su aplicación en diferentes países. Los objetivos de esta tesis son: 1) Conocer qué instrumentos de calidad de vida relacionada con la salud y tolerancia al ejercicio son válidos y fiables para su uso en población de 0 a 18 años con fibrosis quística. 2) Adaptar las versiones españolas para niños/as de 6 a 13 años y para padres/madres del Cystic Fibrosis Questionnaire-Revisedy valorar sus propiedades psicométricas...
Cystic fibrosis is a multisystem disease whose symptoms begin in childhood. In recent years, new therapies and drugs are improving the symptomatology of these patients. The measurement of health-related quality of life and exercise tolerance are fundamental aspects to be taken into account in the management of this disease. In the scientific literature there are several instruments that study these concepts, some are adapted to the paediatric population and have been adapted to different languages for their application in different countries.
