Abstract
In the context of the Customized Education and the different pedagogical initiatives originated for its achievement, the program of accompaniment to the university professor arises from the subject Skills and competences of the person of the University Francisco de Vitoria. It is a pedagogical program oriented to the formation and growth of the university teacher and therefore to the improvement of the impact of his teaching on the student. The tools for measuring the program impact will be two, one created ad hoc to measure the development of teaching work with 8 dimensions, 12 subdimensions and 32 items and the second instrument will be the Student Teacher Evaluation Questionnaire (CEDA) - based on the work of García Ramos (1997a, 1997b, 1998, 1999; 1995). After the validation of the content by a panel of 19 experts and the relevant modifications have been made, the reliability and validity of the instrument created for research has been satisfactorily confirmed. The study sample is 45 teachers. The thesis work aims to analyze - through quasi-experimental research - the impact of the program on the development of teaching and the teaching. In this communication we will describe the progress made so far, with particular emphasis on the overall description of the program and the measuring instruments used.
