Abstract
La rápida evolución en la que se encuentra inmersa la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) abarca todos los ámbitos y sectores, incluyendo los procesos de creación y diseño en comunicación. El propósito fundamental de esta tesis es analizar la calidad de las herramientas actuales de IA en el diseño de dos elementos comunicativos: logotipos y páginas de destino digitales (landing pages). Para llevar a cabo este análisis, se ha ejecutado un experimento en el que diseñadores trabajaron en un proyecto real utilizando tanto herramientas tradicionales como aquellas impulsadas por IA. Los resultados obtenidos fueron sometidos a una metodología de evaluación basada en investigaciones previas, con el fin de comparar su calidad y productividad. Una conclusión de suma relevancia es que las herramientas de IA han alcanzado niveles de calidad similares, logrando importantes reducciones en el tiempo dedicado a su creación. Esto no solo mejora la productividad, sino que también redefine el enfoque del proceso de diseño.
The rapid evolution in which Artificial Intelligence (AI) is immersed encompasses all fields and sectors, including the processes of creation and design in communication. The fundamental purpose of this thesis is to analyze the quality of current AI tools in the design of two communicative elements: logos and digital landing pages. To carry out this analysis, an experiment was conducted in which designers worked on a real project using both traditional tools and those powered by AI. The obtained results underwent an evaluation methodology based on previous research to compare their quality and productivity. A conclusion of utmost relevance is that AI tools have reached similar levels of quality, achieving significant reductions in the time dedicated to their creation. This not only enhances productivity but also redefines the approach to the design process.
