Abstract
The withdrawal of a Member State from the EU and its treaties is complex when adding the separation of its enormous derived rights. It requires negotiating and adopting several international treaties (the withdrawal treaty and the future relationship treaty), therefore, various time and procedures, whether in the law of the organization with which the legal relationship is broken, in addition to procedures in the scope of the internal law of the State seeking the withdrawal. The withdrawal of the United Kingdom is an externalization or manifestation of a broader process of doubts and reconsideration of globalization from the West itself, which has encouraged populism in Europe and America.
