Abstract
Se describe en este trabajo el contexto histórico y cultural de la colección de clásicos grecolatinos de la editorial “Voluntad”. Esta colección fue el precedente más importante de la colección “Alma Mater”. Su creación puede vincularse
al activismo católico desarrollado durante la Dictadura del general Primo de Rivera. El proyecto, muy ambicioso e interesante, fracasó.
Description
This work describes the historical and cultural context of the series of Greek and Latin classics by Editorial Voluntad. This one was the most important precedent of the Alma Mater series. Its creation can be linked to the Catholic activism developed during the Dictatorship of General Primo de Rivera. The project, very ambitious and interesting, failed.
