Abstract
Se presentan los resultados parciales del análisis comparativo realizado en tres de las principales cadenas de radiodifusión comercial españolas –Cadena SER, Onda Cero y Cadena COPE– para identificar y analizar la estructura de los departamentos encargados de la gestión de contenidos así como el modelo y las herramientas de gestión. El estudio se presenta aplicando la metodología de casos y desde una perspectiva funcional, es decir, en relación a la actividad principal de cada una de las empresas, que fundamenta su modelo de negocio en la comercialización de contenidos informativos, culturales y entretenimiento. Para esta segunda fase del análisis, se han realizado entrevistas en profundidad a los responsables de los cuadros altos de los organigramas de empresa radiofónica.
We present partial results of the comparative analysis in three major commercial broadcasters in Spain -Cadena SER, Onda Cero and COPE- to identify and analyze the structure of the departments responsible for the management of content as well as the model and the management tools. The study is presents applying the methodology of cases and from a functional perspective, that is, in relation to the core business of each company, which bases its business model on informational content, cultural and entertainment. For this second phase of the analysis, we conducted in-depth interviews with the heads of the executive team of the broadcasting companies.
