Abstract
Durante el Segundo Imperio España se sitúa en la órbita de influencia francesa, tanto en el ámbito de las relaciones internacionales como en el marco económico y financiero, repercutiendo directamente en la construcción de un bloque normativo regulador de las transacciones del tráfico privado externo que, aunque orientado a la satisfacción de los intereses franceses, sentó importantes bases en la construcción del sistema español de Derecho internacional privado del último tercio del siglo XIX.
During the Second Empire Spain is placed in the orbit of French influence, both in the field of international relations and in the economic and financial framework, directly impacting on the construction of a normative regulatory block of private external traffic transactions that, although oriented to the satisfaction of French interests, laid important foundations in the construction of the Spanish system of private international law of the last third of the nineteenth century.
