Abstract
En este trabajo se expone la teoría necesaria para demostrar en detalle el teorema de Gauss-Bonnet. Se recuerdan las nociones básicas de geometría diferencial de curvas y superficies (como la primera forma fundamental o la curvatura de Gauss) y se describen con cierto detalle herramientas más avanzadas como el Umlaufsatz y las triangulaciones diferenciables de superficies.
In this project the theory needed to prove in detail the Gauss-Bonnet theorem is explained. Basic notions of differential geometry of curves and surfaces (such as the first fundamental form or the Gaussian curvature) are reminded, and more advanced tools as the Umlaufsatz and differentiable triangulations of surfaces are shown in detail.
