Desarrollo de un sistema interactivo para e-consultas médicas

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de fin de grado consiste en realizar una página web donde usuarios registrados como pacientes accederán a un portal de consultas médicas en el que podrán reservar citas, ver sus historiales clínicos además de subir sus propios informes procedentes de otras instituciones. En cuanto a los usuarios registrados como médicos, tendrán acceso a una sección con diferentes listados en los que podrán llevar la gestión de todo lo mencionado anteriormente, así como de la información de cada paciente. Además, el portal cuenta con un sistema de mensajería instantánea en el que se facilita la relación médico-paciente para la resolución de dudas u obtener mayor información de cara al momento de la consulta.The objective of this final degree project is to create a web page where users registered as patients will have access to a medical consultation portal where they will be able to book appointments, view their clinical histories and upload their own reports from other institutions. As for users registered as doctors, they will have access to a section with different lists in which they will be able to manage everything mentioned above, as well as the information of each patient. In addition, the portal has an instant messaging system that improves the doctor-patient relationship for the resolution of doubts or to obtain more information prior to or after the time of the consultation.
