Abstract
En sus "Odas", Víctor Hugo incluye poesías de inspiración monárquica junto con otras de forma marcadamente postclásica. Algunas de estas piezas toman como pretexto un epígrafe español extraído de comedias españolas o crónicas guerreras; el procedimiento extraña debido al origen de los textos y a la transposición genérica a que son sometidos. El objetivo de la comunicación es analizar la función textual de tales citas en las poesías del autor.
In his "Odes", Víctor Hugo includes poems of monarchical inspiration along with others in a markedly postclassical way. Some of these pieces take as a pretext a Spanish epigraph extracted from Spanish comedies or warrior chronicles. This procedure is strange due to the origin of the texts and the generic transposition to which they are submitted. This article analyzes the textual function of such quotations in the author's poems.
