Abstract
Attention is key to learning and emotional regulation, and it can be enhanced through practices such as yoga. This discipline improves concentration, self-control, and emotional well-being, making it valuable in both educational and therapeutic contexts. When adapted for children and adolescents, yoga promotes self-regulation, reduces stress, and strengthens cognitive skills—particularly attention. Initiatives such as the ACCEDE program at Universidad Complutense de Madrid highlight its effectiveness in inclusive educational settings.
