Abstract
The present work, through the "Corros al fresco", proposes an aesthetic reflection on the collective spaces, arisen around the displaced people. The framework of our analysis are spaces located in the central area of Madrid, in the intercultural neighborhood of Lavapiés. The proposed spaces are mainly frequented by displaced Africans, generally made up of people from the same country, although sometimes foreigners from other parts of the world or Spanish citizens who feel reflected with the group come together. With this case study of the spaces that have arisen around the displaced Africans in the city of Madrid, similar to the "Corros al fresco", a change of mentality is proposed and generate a different perspective on the part of the citizens of Madrid, since the same spaces are often associated with the sale of drugs and alcohol consumption. We start from the "Corros al fresco" as spaces for the projection of opinions, ideas and common values, as well as to reinforce the identity of belonging to the community. Therefore, the comparison of the collective spaces of the urban context to the "Corros al fresco" is due to the formal similarity, from which, in addition, we are interested in reflecting on the social motivations that support their existence and maintenance, in addition to structurally analyzing to other collectives and events created from artistic action or arising from social concerns, as a way of gathering arguments for analysis.
