Abstract
La presente tesis doctoral se encuentra ubicada dentro del campo de estudio de la alfabetización informacional y más concretamente en el ámbito de las competencias investigativas, que constituyen una parte fundamental de la formación de los aspirantes a cursar el grado de doctorado, las cuales consisten en el desarrollo, perfeccionamiento y aplicación de las competencias necesarias en el área del conocimiento correspondiente a su propia formación. La formación de los estudiantes de doctorado en el campo de la investigación es un elemento complejo pero esencial en la adquisición de las competencias esperadas en el propio bagaje profesional de los mismos, de manera que dentro de las capacidades de los nuevos doctores en educación se encuentren los elementos necesarios que les permitan realizar un proyecto de investigación de forma adecuada. De manera especial los alumnos de posgrado deben de contar, dentro de su proceso de formación, con las competencias necesarias para demostrar las facultades para su participación dentro del campo de la investigación científica y así estar en posibilidades de realizar su aporte personal al campo de la producción del conocimiento humano. The present doctoral thesis is located within the field of study of information literacy and more specifically in the field of research competences, which constitute a fundamental part of the training of doctoral candidates, consisting in the development, improvement and application of the necessary competences in the area of knowledge corresponding to their own training. The training of doctoral students in the field of research is a complex but essential element in the acquisition of the expected competencies in their own professional background, so that within the capabilities of the new doctors in education there are the necessary elements that allow them to carry out a research project in an adequate manner. In particular, postgraduate students should have, within their training process, the necessary competencies to demonstrate the faculties for their participation in the field of scientific research and thus be able to make their personal contribution to the field of human knowledge production. The main objective of this work is to identify the research competencies necessary for doctoral students in education in Mexican universities and, based on these competencies, to develop a model that integrates them into these programs...
