Narrativas de Santiago Abascal sobre la inmigración. Encuadre de la noticia en El País y La Vanguardia

Abstract

Esta investigación examina cómo las narrativas sobre la inmigración, publicadas por Santiago Abascal influyen en la percepción social. Se analizó cómo son representadas las noticias por El País y La Vanguardia. La investigación se apoya en la teoría del framing y el análisis de contenido, así como el uso de herramientas digitales LIWC, SketchEngine, Nube de Palabras, para cuantificar la frecuencia y el tono de las palabras usadas, identificando si son negativas o positivas, los patrones temáticos, emotivos, retóricos de estas narrativas, proporcionando una comprensión detallada del rol de figuras políticas en la construcción de la opinión pública sobre el tema de la inmigración en España.This research examines how narratives about immigration, published by Santiago Abascal, influence social perception. It analyzes how the news are represented by El País and La Vanguardia. The research is based on framing theory and content analysis, as well as the use of digital tools LIWC, SketchEngine, Nube de Palabras, to quantify the frequency and tone of words used, identifying whether they are negative or positive, thematic, emotional, and rhetorical patterns in these narratives, providing a detailed understanding of the role of political figures in shaping public opinion on the topic of immigration in Spain.
