Abstract
The article proposes an analysis of the edition of recorded sound in terms of its performativity. From analogical editing to the possibilities of audio correctors in the digital era, there are many possibilities for the transformation of interpretation, bringing us closer to a new concept: “permormative production”. Under this concept the author analyzes the re-interpretation that is carried out through sound editing and the repercussion of this in the subsequent live performance of the songs.
