ESNELL: Una herramienta para la búsqueda online de servicios a domicilio

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo crear una página web donde se ofrezca la ayuda a aquellas personas que la necesiten, ofreciendo así una manera fácil y rápida de poder satisfacer las necesidades que tienen los clientes. En concreto los clientes disponen de un buscador de servicios, con diferentes filtros con el objetivo de que encuentren de una manera más rápida y fácil la ayuda que están buscando, mientras que los profesionales podrán añadir los servicios que quieran prestar así como indicar su disponibilidad. El sistema desarrollado está formado por una aplicación web junto con la información añadida a la base de datos y esta irá aumentando a medida que los profesionales y clientes hacen uso de ella.This work aims to create a web page where help is offered to those who need it, thus offering an easy and fast way to satisfy the needs of customers. Specifically, clients have a service search engine, with different filters with the aim of finding the help they are looking for more quickly and easily, while professionals can add the services they want to provide as well as indicate their availability. The developed system consists of a web application together with the information added to the database and this will increase as professionals and clients make use of it.
