Abstract
El uso de redes sociales para apoyo a la docencia no es novedoso, aunque no se ha profundizado en su estudio atrayendo más atención el análisis de tipos de población de este tipo de redes sociales.
Bolotweet propone un uso original de las micro-anotaciones mediante un método docente consistente en dedicar parte del tiempo de clase a escribir frases que resuman ideas de la lección y que el profesor evaluará con posterioridad con una nota numérica.
El proyecto continua con el desarrollo de la metodología docente Bolotweet con un sistema nuevo basado en micro-tareas y resúmenes automáticos del las anotaciones más relevantes, así como una mejora generalizada de la interfaz.
Using social networks for supporting teachers is not new in the literature, thought researchers have focused mainly in the study of who is making annotations and how these people relate to each other. Bolotweet proposes an original use of micro-blogging through a teaching method where part of the class allocated time is dedicated to summarise an idea from the current lecture. These ideas are later on scored by the teacher. The project elaborates more on this idea by adding and improving support tools for organizing micro-annotations and compiling them into documents.
