Abstract
Este trabajo de fin de máster investiga el impacto de la arteterapia en el proceso del duelo laboral, centrándose en su capacidad para facilitar la gestión emocional y la adaptación de individuos tras la pérdida del empleo. A través de una revisión exhaustiva de la literatura, la implementación de sesiones de arteterapia y un análisis cualitativo de tres casos de estudio, se evaluó la efectividad de esta práctica como herramienta terapéutica. Los resultados muestran que la arteterapia contribuye significativamente a la expresión emocional y a la elaboración del duelo, ayudando a los participantes a reconectar con su identidad y a encontrar nuevas perspectivas frente a la pérdida laboral. Se destacan los cambios positivos en el bienestar emocional, la autoestima y las estrategias de afrontamiento, tanto a nivel individual como familiar y laboral. La investigación subraya la importancia de integrar la arteterapia en programas de apoyo para desempleados y en entornos laborales, destacando sus beneficios en la salud mental y emocional.
This master's thesis investigates the impact of art therapy on the process of job loss grief, focusing on its ability to facilitate emotional management and adaptation for individuals after losing employment. Through a comprehensive literature review, the implementation of art therapy sessions, and qualitative analysis of three case studies, the effectiveness of this practice as a therapeutic tool was evaluated. The results show that art therapy significantly contributes to emotional expression and grief processing, helping participants reconnect with their identity and find new perspectives in the face of job loss. Positive changes in emotional well-being, self-esteem, and coping strategies are highlighted, both on an individual and familial as well as professional level. The research underscores the importance of integrating art therapy into support programs for the unemployed and in workplace environments, emphasizing its benefits for mental and emotional health.
