Abstract
El caso GOWEX ha obligado a plantearse ciertas cuestiones sobre el MaB y, de manera más general, sobre los sistemas multilaterales de negociación, en especial, en torno a la seguridad y fiabilidad del sistema.
The GOWEX scandal aroused certain questions in relation with the Alternative Securities Market, and from a wider point of view, about the Multilateral Trading System, concretely, the security and reliability of these Systems.

Este paper sintetiza la intervención realizada por la autora en la mesa redonda que tuvo lugar tras la ponencia del profesor TAPIA HERMIDA, titulada “The reform of the multilateral trading by Law 5/2015. Special reference to the permeability with oficial secondary markets”, en el XIII Congreso Harvard-Complutense (Financial Crisis: A Transatlantic Perspective) los días 21, 22 y 23 de septiembre de 2015, patrocinado por el Banco Santander, el Ilustre Colegio Notarial de Madrid, Bolsas y Mercados Españoles, DLA Piper, KPMG y CUNEF.
