Transparencia formal y sustantiva de los productores cinematográficos

Abstract

Para la elaboración de esta investigación se ha escogido una muestra representativa formada por seis de las productoras cinematográficas más significativas del mundo del celuloide en nuestro país, tratando así de mostrar el grado de transparencia que tiene actualmente este sector tan importante, debido al gran volumen monetario que maneja y a todo el dinero público que recibe. A través de estos datos, que se van disgregar y comentar a continuación, va a ser posible comprobar el grado de incumplimiento que manifiestan en relación a la transparencia corporativa que deberían tener, mediante el cumplimiento de ciertos requisitos que exige la Ley 55/2007, de 28 de diciembre, del Cine, en la que se establecen las ayudas directas destinadas a este sector audiovisual.For the preparation of this research has been chosen a representative sample consisting of six of the most significant film producers in the world of the celluloid in our country, thus trying to show the degree of transparency which currently has this important sector, due to the large monetary volume handled and all public money received.Through these data, which will disperse and then comment will be possible to check the degree of non-compliance that manifest in relation to corporate transparency that they should have, through the fulfilment of certain requirements that demands the law 55/2007, of 28 December, the film, which sets out direct aid to the audiovisual sector.
