Abstract
From the point of view of the circular economy, the pressing problem of the generation, accumulation and mismanagement of different types of waste has led to scientific and technical studies being carried out to develop processes to reduce its impact or generation. Waste produced in the agrifood industry is a particular type of waste with high levels of production duet to the basic need that it meets. Their sustainable origin, as well as the value they still present for their use as raw materials to produce certain products or uses, make them ideal candidates for application in certain processes.
