Abstract

While digital environments have improved the quality of life for many people, they remain a recurring source of limitations, frustrations, and additional efforts, particularly for these users, who face up to twice as many difficulties compared to other groups. This highlights the urgent need to address their experiences in a comprehensive way. This doctoral project responds to these challenges through an innovative methodology aimed at transforming the design of digital products and services. This study introduces a multidimensional methodological approach to analyze the experiences of users with total visual impairment in their interaction with the web..
