Abstract
Estas páginas constituyen una cartografía teórico-práctica que sitúa problemáticas relacionadas con la producción de obras inmersivas en el contexto del arte contemporáneo. El estudio comienza con un análisis de la noción de “inmersividad”, e identifica cómo la figura del artista como productor, el conceptualismo y la transdisciplinariedad de las artes han evolucionado hasta la actualidad mediante la integración de elementos escenográficos y tecnológicos. Aquí, la obra inmersiva es considerada como un espacio experiencial donde el espectador, además de observar, activa y completa la narrativa propuesta por el artista. A partir de esta base, se establecen cuatro pilares como ejes vertebradores en la creación de experiencias inmersivas: la integración del espectador, el enfoque en la presencia, la creación de una conciencia inmersiva, y el uso de signos compartidos. This dissertation takes the form of a theoretical-practical cartography that addresses concerns related to the production of immersive artworks within the context of contemporary art. The study begins with an analysis of the concept of “immersivity,”examining how artists have taken on evolving roles as producers and how conceptualism and the transdisciplinarity of the arts have evolved to the present day through the integration of scenographic and technological elements. Within this framework, immersive artworks are understood as experiential spaces in which the viewer, rather than remaining a passive observer, activates and completes the narrative proposed by the artist. From this perspective, four foundational pillars are identified in the creation of immersive experiences: the integration of the viewer, an emphasison presence, the cultivation of immersive awareness, and the use of shared symbols.
