Abstract
Esta tesis doctoral trata sobre la ritualización del tiempo en entornos educativos, y aborda los potenciales sociales, afectivos y políticos de la fiesta en las escuelas. Tecnología, arte contemporáneo y educación se entrelazan en el diseño de estrategias con las que contrarrestar los ritmos nocivos a los que nos empuja una vida dominada por el rendimiento y la productividad. De erudito a jaranero propone convertir la escuela en una experiencia poética y estética, ensayando ritmos alternativos —mediante estrategias de escucha e improvisación audiovisual—que devuelvan nuestros cuerpos al presente. La investigación se divide en una introducción —0— que sirve como estado dela cuestión y contextualización de la metodología utilizada; una primera parte a modo de marco teórico —I—, donde realizo una exploración bibliográfica sobre la relación entre capitalismo, tecnología y salud mental mediante conceptos como la atomización del tiempo y sus consecuentes cronopatías1, el desencantamiento del mundo y su relación con la explotación del planeta o la automatización cognitiva y la necesidad de «transicionar» hacia una educación holística: una educación integral que regenere la escisión entre cuerpo y mente difundida por la hegemonía racionalista. This doctoral thesis deals with the ritualization of time in educational settings, addressing the social, affective and political potential of the party in schools.Technology, Contemporary Art and Education are intertwined, designing strategies to counteract the harmful rhythms to which a life dominated by performance and productivity pushes us. De Erudito a Jaranero –From Scholar to Reveler– proposes turning school into a poetic and aesthetic experience, testing alternative rhythms –through listening strategies and audiovisual improvisation–that bring our bodies back to the present. The investigation is divided into an introduction –0– that serves as a state of the art and contextualization of the methodology used; a first part as a theoretical framework –I– where I carry out a bibliographical exploration addressing the relationship between capitalism, technology and mental health through concepts such as the atomization of time and its consequent chronopathies, the disenchantment of the world and its relationship with the exploitation of the planet or cognitive automation and the need to transition towards a holistic education: an integral education that regenerates the split between mind and body spread by rationalist hegemony.
