Desarrollo de una red social orientada hacia los libros

Abstract

El objetivo de este proyecto es crear una aplicación web que permita a los usuarios llevar un registro de los libros que leen o que tienen pendientes para un futuro. De esta forma, se propone una gran herramienta para aquellos usuarios que lean tanto libros en físico como libros en formato digital. Además, dado que la aplicación es una red social, también permite a los usuarios consultar las lecturas recientes de otros usuarios y, por tanto, estar expuestos a una gran cantidad de recomendaciones literarias. Por otro lado, también ofrece la posibilidad de encontrar la ficha técnica de los libros, y ver la valoración media de otros usuarios. Otra funcionalidad relevante es la posibilidad de crear y recibir notificaciones de eventos, puesto que permite descubrir eventos literarios, como firmas de libros y presentaciones de novedades literarias. El resultado final de este proyecto es una aplicación web muy interactiva que sigue un diseño muy actual y usable, que podría utilizar tanto un público adulto como un público más joven. Además, ofrece algunas funcionalidades bastante novedosas, como la posibilidad de crear y participar en clubes de lectura.The objective of this project is to create a web application that allows users to keep track of the books they read or have pending for the future. Another relevant feature is the possibility of creating and receiving event notifications, since it allows you to discover literary events, such as book signings and presentations of new literary releases. The final result of this project is a very interactive web application that follows a very modern and usable design, which could be used by both an adult and a younger audience. In addition, it offers some quite novel functionalities, such as the possibility of creating and participating in book clubs.
