Abstract
La evaluación de las prácticas clínicas en Odontología conlleva para los estudiantes la integración de todos sus conocimientos, dado que trabajan en un entorno real con pacientes, supervisado por profesores. La creación de un sistema de evaluación, apoyado en unas rúbricas conocidas por todos los profesores y estudiantes, para dos de los procedimientos más frecuentes dentro de nuestra práctica odontológica, la anestesia y extracción dentaria, ha sido uno de los objetivos de nuestro trabajo.
Para ello hemos contado con la participación de profesores y estudiantes, confeccionando previamente unas Guías Clínicas, que sirvieron de apoyo para la elaboración de las rúbricas, y posterior consenso. Todo ello nos aporta fiabilidad, retroalimentación y coherencia a la evaluación de las prácticas clínicas en Odontología.
The evaluation of the clinical practice in dentistry involves for the students the integration of their knowledges in surgery due to they work in a real enviroment with patients supervised by their teachers. The creation of an evaluation system, supported in some rubrics known for every teacher and student in the faculty for two of the most common procedures inside in our practice, the tooth extraction and the dental anesthesia, has been the aims for our project In order to work on it, we count on with many teachers and students, preparing previously some clinical guides, which they were used as support for the elaboration of the rubrics and its following consensus. Therefore, these guides bring us reliability, a feedback and some coherence to the evaluation of the clinical practice in dentistry.
