La ambigüedad sexual en tres poetas de la modernidad: Lucía Sánchez Saornil, Ana María Martínez Sagi y Carmen Conde

Abstract

Investigación sobre la presencia de un conflicto identitario relacionado con el género en tres poetas de la llamada Edad de Plata de la Literatura Española: Lucía Sánchez Saornil, Ana María Martínez Sagi y Carmen Conde. Todas ellas han sido seleccionadas por haber vivido relaciones amorosas con personas del mismo sexo, unas experiencias que, según la teoría del psicoanálisis, deberían verse reflejadas en sus composiciones. La influencia de las teorías del psicoanálisis de Freud, reinterpretadas por psicólogos como Julia Kristeva y Ernst Kris, junto con el despertar de la lucha feminista y la visión constructivista del género, hacen esta época propicia para analizar este conflicto en profundidad a través de las corrientes de la ‘gender theory’ y los estudios culturales.

Research about the existence of a gender-related identity conflict in three female poets of the Silver Age of Spanish Literature: Lucía Sánchez Saornil, Ana María Martínez Sagi and Carmen Conde. The three of them have been selected because of their love experiences with people of their same sex, experiences which, according to psychoanalytic theory, should necessarily show up in their poems. The influence of Freud's psychoanalytic theories, reinterpreted by psychologists like Julia Kristeva and Ernst Kris, together with the awakening of feminism and the constructivist vision of gender, make these years the best period to analyse this conflict in depth through the cultural studies and gender theory.
