Abstract
No resulta exagerado decir que el concepto de reflexión es la “manzana de la discordia” del hegelianismo postmetafísico. De una u otra manera, este concepto aparece en el centro de todas las disputas en torno a Hegel: de un lado, los críticos de Hegel han visto en él la marca inequívoca de la metafísica dogmática; mientras que de otro, los defensores han reivindicado el carácter crítico del mismo, llegando a ensalzar incluso su potencial antimetafísico. La razón de este diferente diagnóstico reside en un desacuerdo de fondo acerca del significado y función de este concepto en la filosofía de Hegel: si, por lo general, los críticos interpretan el concepto de reflexión desde el primado de la identidad (que aparece bajo las formas reflexivas de la autorreferencia y de la diferencia asumida); los defensores ven en ella el primado contrapuesto de la diferencia (presente en las formas igualmente reflexivas referencia negativa a sí y de la diferencia de sí). Como no podría ser de otra manera, ello traslada la controversia postmetafísica con Hegel al interior de la WdL, en un primer momento al interior de la doctrina hegeliana de la Esencia, donde el concepto hegeliano de reflexión encuentra su lugar sistemático como categoría. Pensamos, y trataremos de mostrar a lo largo de este estudio, que la controversia en cuestión encuentra en ese lugar claves preciosas de su inteligibilidad...
It is not an excess to say that the concept of reflection is the "apple of discord" of the postmetaphysical Hegelianism. In any case, this concept appears in the center of all the disputes concerning Hegel: from one side, the critics of Hegel have seen in Hegeliańs concept of reflection the unequivocal mark of dogmatic metaphysics; on the other hand, his defenders have claimed the critical character of this concept, even coming to extoll its antimetaphysical potentiality. The reason of this different diagnosis reside in a deep disagreement concerning the meaning and function of this concept in Hegel's philosophy: if, in general the critics interpret the concept of reflection from the primacy of the identity (that appears under the reflective forms of the self-reference and the assumed difference); the defenders see on it the opposed primacy of the difference (which adopts the reflexive forms of negative self-reference and assumed identity). Obviously, it moves the post-metaphysical Hegel controversy within the WdL, firstly within the Hegelian doctrine of Essence, where the Hegelian concept of reflection finds its systematical place as category. We think, and try to show throughout this study, that the dispute in question finds in that place precious keys for its intelligibility...
