El queratocono es una enfermedad corneal que afecta en la mayoría de los casos a personas jóvenes de ambos sexos y cuenta con diversas alternativas de tratamiento, aunque no existe un consenso claro en cuanto a qué sexo presenta una prevalencia mayor y si existen diferencias por sexos en los resultados quirúrgicos y/o en la observación clínica sin cirugía. Objetivos: Determinar si existen diferencias epidemiológicas, clínicas y evolutivas del queratocono según el sexo.
