Abstract
Ciudades telaraña surge como resultado entre la unión de una obra artística y un estudio teórico desarrollados al mismo tiempo. Se parte de una línea
de trabajo iniciada con anterioridad, a la que se suman nuevas aportaciones, tanto en el ámbito temático como plástico.
Son varias las problemáticas analizadas e interpretadas como objeto de estudio.
Sin embargo, en el punto central se encuentra la idea de ciudad genérica y masificada, entendida desde el contexto de emergencia ecológica actual. Se
emplea el género paisajístico como medio, y se recuperan conceptos ligados a este, como el sentimiento de lo sublime, pero desde una perspectiva más
contemporánea. Finalmente, se presenta la imagen de la tela de araña como metáfora a través de la que tratar las distintas cuestiones.
A nivel formal, se construye una intervención en el espacio, a partir de un díptico de dibujos y una serie de doce estampas. En ella, se prima el diálogo
corporal entre obra y espectador. Finalmente, existe una preocupación hacia incorporar procesos sostenibles en la elaboración de los diferentes elementos
que la componen.
Ciudades telaraña arises as result of the union between an art piece and a theoretical study, both developed at the same time. It begins with a line of work previously initiated, to whitch new additions, both thematic and plastic, are added. Several issues were analized and interpeted as objects of study. However, the main point is located in the idea of a generic and overcrowded city, understood from the contexto of the current ecological emergency. Landscape genre is used as a medium, and concepts linked to it are recovered, such as the feeling of the sublime, but from a more contemporary perspective. Finally, the image of a spider web is presented as a metaphore through whitch to develop all the different subjects exposed. On a formal level, starting with a drawing dyptich and a series of twelve engraving prints, an intervention in an exhibition space is built, in whitch corporal dialogue between art work and spectator primes. Finally, a concern to incorporate sustaniable processes in the elaboration of the different elements that compose the work exists.
