Abstract
Este artigo aborda a utilização de ferramentas de colaboração, no ambiente organizacional. Essas ferramentas são utilizadas para promover a interação e, com isso, proporcionar o compartilhamento e o armazenamento de informações, que possam contribuir com o desenvolvimento de soluções para resolver os problemas rotineiros, melhorar as práticas de trabalho e criar inovações. Como objetivos dessa investigação, buscou-se estudos, a partir da literatura da área, sobre a utilização dessas ferramentas. No entanto, verificou-se a carência desses estudos e, também, que a maioria das ferramentas disponíveis são comercializadas no mercado, ou seja, envolvem custos. Assim, foi realizada uma breve análise da ferramenta Moodle, que, apesar de ser uma plataforma desenvolvida para dar apoio à aprendizagem, possui as funcionalidades necessárias para que seja utilizada para a criação de uma comunidade de prática virtual. Entre as vantagens da sua utilização, pode-se indicar que é um software livre, portanto, é gratuito e pode ser adotado por qualquer organização.
This article discusses the use of collaboration tools, in the organizational environment. These tools are used to promote interaction and thereby provide sharing and storage of information, that may contribute to the development of solutions to solve routine problems, improving work practices and create innovations. As objectives of this research, we sought studies from the literature of the area, on the use of these tools. However, there is a lack of these studies and also that most of the available tools are sold on the market, ie involve costs. Thus, a brief analysis of the Moodle tool was held, which, despite being a platform developed to support learning, have the necessary features to be used to create a virtual community of practice. Among the advantages of using it, one can indicate that it is a free software, so it is free and can be adopted by any organization.
