Abstract
From childhood, a series of norms regarding physical appearance begin to be established, especially in women. This process is reinforced by a biased social and cultural framework that represents a single hegemonic body model, which enhances physical hypervigilance and responsibility over body image. Social media reproduces these reductionist patterns of body image. All this can cause major body dissatisfaction, which represents a risk factor to develop a multicausal pathology like Eating Disorders. By means of social media a lot can be done to promote health and a critical attitude towards it. This way, this research analyzes the content that influencer nutritionists and therapists create on Instagram with a paradigm of health in all sizes, non-weight-centric and anti-culture of dieting. Additionally, a discourse map of the selected publications has been designed in order to study in more detail the arguments, vocabulary, and measures proposed regarding the concept of health and body image.
