Abstract

La sicurezza è una necessità universalmente condivisa ed è il parametro con cui si misura l'equilibrio di un sistema. Per l'aviazione civile, è la condizione fondamentale per l'esistenza e lo sviluppo, che deve essere raggiunta attraverso un processo sinergico, in cui ogni soggetto deve agire nel modo più cooperativo possibile.L'analisi del fattore umano basata sugli aspetti cognitivo-comportamentali, oggetto di innumerevoli studi con un approccio psicologico, ha portato a metodi che hanno ottenuto grande successo nella ricerca e nella spiegazione delle possibili interazioni tra l'uomo, l'ambiente, la macchina e le procedure..La seguridad es una necesidad universal y constituye el factor determinante en el equilibrio de cualquier sistema. En el ámbito de la Aviación Civil, los tres elementos clave que conforman este sistema son: el ser humano, la máquina y el entorno. El ser humano desempeña un rol esencial en la regulación y funcionamiento del sistema completo. La máquina (aeronave) se encuentra intrínsecamente ligada al factor humano, pues siempre existe una mente encargada de tomar decisiones en cuanto al diseño, construcción, gestión y supervisión. El entorno, independiente tanto del ser humano como de la máquina, engloba el área específica (terminal aérea) con sus respectivas exigencias de diseño y administración, así como el espacio aéreo donde se establecen las rutas a través de la regulación de sus flujos...Security is a universally shared need and is a parameter on which the balance of systems are measured.
