Abstract
La Presencia Equilibrada de las Mujeres en los Consejos de Administración constituye actualmente uno de los retos del S.XXI en aras a cumplir con la efectiva Igualdad de Género dentro del tejido empresarial propugnado por los textos legales más recientes, junto a estas herramientas legislativas constituye un factor coadyuvante el fenómeno de la Educomunicación que renace en los últimos tiempos de la mano de la globalización del mundo corporativo que vivimos impulsando necesidades vitales como la igualdad efectiva. Junto con los instrumentos jurídicos existentes, abordamos conjuntamente el papel de la Educomunicación en aras a contribuir a alcanzar ese efectivo equilibrio entre hombres y mujeres. Por tanto, nuestra necesaria contribución jurídica y de gestión de personas actuará como punto de partida del conocimiento entrelazado con el papel esencial que cumple de facto la Educomunicación, a cuya ampliación y mejora es objeto del presente trabajo de investigación contribuir.
The Balanced Presence of Women in the Boards of Directors currently constitutes one of the challenges of the XXI century in order to comply with effective Gender Equality within the business fabric advocated by the most recent legal texts, together with these legislative tools it constitutes a A contributing factor is the phenomenon of Educommunication that has been reborn in recent times thanks to the globalization of the corporate world that we live by promoting vital needs such as effective equality.
