Abstract
La presente tesis busca aportar una revisión dentro del arte participativo dado en el arte contemporáneo, un movimiento que ha buscado a lo largo de su trayectoria distintas maneras de relacionarse con el público y/o las comunidades, provocando que estas adquieran un rol distinto y llegando a darles un papel más protagonista dentro del proceso productivo. Este fenómeno ofrece en la actualidad nuevos enfoques para el artista y demás agentes que promueven y gestionan la cultura a través de proyectos, convocatorias y eventos para el arte contemporáneo. El arte participativo fomenta la interacción con el público y logra eliminar la barrera que tradicionalmente podía existir entre el artista y el espectador. This thesis seeks to provide a review of participatory art in contemporary art, a movement that has sought throughout its trajectory different ways of relating to the public and/or communities, causing them to acquire a different role and giving them a more protagonist role within the productive process. This phenomenon currently offers new approaches for the artist and other agents that promote and manage culture through projects, calls and events for contemporary art. Participatory art encourages interaction with the public and manages to eliminate the barrier that traditionally existed between the artist and the spectator. From this change, it manages to construct new artistic meanings around the experiences and processes elaborated in community. Participatory art practice has manifested itself globally, however in our research we want to focus on our own context, Spain...
