Abstract
El proyecto pretende crear y aplicar un programa dentro del campo expresivo corporal, donde el alumnado universitario pueda trabajar estrategias para mejorar sus estados de ánimo en situaciones adversas como ha sido y está siendo la pandemia. La aplicación de este programa les hace más resilientes ante la superación de distintos problemas. Se les capacita de herramientas para que no solo sepan trabajar estos momentos en el ámbito profesional, sino personal. La mejora del estado emocional a través del programa ha sido considerable, ya que no sólo han podido identificar los estados, sino que han solventado problemas a medida que iban teniendo más conocimiento sobre los sentimientos. El resultado ha sido, una mejora de calidad de vida integral y un mayor conocimiento de como responder frente a situaciones de riesgo que pueden comprometer la salud de nuestros/as estudiantes. Y también ayuda a que en un futuro este alumnado incluya de forma transversal este tipo de aprendizajes en las aulas.
The project aims to create and implement a programme within the body language field, where university students can work on strategies to improve their feelings in adverse situations such as the pandemic has been and is being. The application of this program makes them more resilient in the face of overcoming different problems. They are trained in tools so that they not only know how to work these moments in the professional field, but also personally. The improvement of the emotional state through the program has been considerable, since not only have they been able to identify the states, but they have solved problems as they have gained more knowledge about feelings. The result has been an improvement in the comprehensive quality of life and a greater knowledge of how to respond to risk situations that can compromise the health of our students. And it also helps that in the future these students include this type of learning in the classroom in a transversal way.
