Abstract
En este artículo presentamos la importancia del estudio de los riesgos psicosociales. Dicho interés se debe a los efectos de estos riesgos tanto en la salud de los trabajadores como en los resultados empresariales, en forma de bajas laborales, incapacidad laboral, pobre rendimiento, absentismo, etc. En primer lugar se exponen algunos datos epidemiológicos en relación a riesgos laborales en general, diferenciando entre riesgo físico y riesgo psicosocial; para posteriormente centrarse en éstos últimos. En este sentido, es importante la prevención e intervención que desde las empresas se realiza sobre ellos, así exponemos algunas medidas dirigidas a su prevención e intervención. Destacamos en este sentido la importancia de realizar una buena evaluación como punto clave para la intervención

In this article we present the importance of studying the labour risks. The above mentioned interest is due to the effects of these risks both in the workers health and the managerial results, in terms of sick leaves, sickness invalidity, poor performance, absenteeism, etc. First of all, several epidemiological data is exposed in relation to these risks, differing between physical and psychosocial risk; in order to subsequently focus on the latter ones. In this respect, there is important the prevention and intervention that companies realized on these risks, this way we present some measures directed to its prevention and intervention. We emphasize in this regard the importance of realizing a good evaluation as a key point of the intervention
